The terms under which Nowoly provides AI business operations services. Effective March 2026.
Nowoly is an AI Business Operations service operated by x-online.com.au, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. By engaging Nowoly's services, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
All services are delivered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no lock-in contracts. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided prior to commencement.
AI systems, automations, and integrations are provided as-is and rely on third-party platforms including (but not limited to) OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, and cloud infrastructure providers. Nowoly is not liable for outages, changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms.
We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate disruptions and restore service as promptly as practicable.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment terms are as stated on each invoice. Services may be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances beyond 14 days.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Nowoly's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
